REVIEW OF OUR FAVORITE MOVIES
The movie entitled “Breakthrough” was watched by Ms. Roda Basilan and John Gerald Batul.
Roda said, that was the most beautiful movie she ever watched in her life.
Based on her, the movie Breakthrough is a Christian movie that has true to life events. It talks about the life’s testimony and faith of a family that experienced tragedy in their lives yet through the power of prayer they surpass the trials that they’ve faced.
She stated, ” While I’m watching the movie I was so touched and I can’t let my self not to cry on.”
“The movie is very touching, inspirational, and absolutely wonderful. I really enjoyed watching it!” She added.
Meanwhile, John Gerald watched the movie twice and the feeling that Roda felt is also the same with him.
He stated that after he watched the movie he also cried and get into realizations.
” The Lord is really an amazing and powerful God. I realized that God truly loves us and He’s always there for us. There are times that He let things to happen because of some better reasons, and He wants us to trust and have faith in Him because we’ll surely overcome those mountains in our lives.” He said.
He added that after he watched the movie he felt so grateful and blessed because of the life’s lessons that it brought to us, viewers.

A Korean movie entitled “Pure Love” was watched by Ms. Jona Eta and Mr. Reymond Distal.
When Jona watched the movie she cried and cried like a mewling infant from the start until the end of the movie. Because based on her, the movie was all about the importance of friendship which she really relates.
” The characters showed care and love with each other, but as all friendship experienced they also argued and fought each other.” She said.
She stated that because of their arguments one of their friends decided to commit suicide. She has personal problems and she was triggered by their arguments to come up with the decision of killing herself.
The movie was really tragic and heart touching.
” I really enjoyed watching it and I will surely watched it again and again” She said.
On the other hand, when Reymond watched the movie together with her mom, they felt so sad and cried also because he said that he can really relate to the movie and the characters were very genuine the way they acted.
“The entire movie was very good and fantastic and the characters really gave justice with their roles.” He said.
He also said that until now he’s on a cloud nine due to that beautiful movie, and he also said he’ll watch the movie a thousand times more.

A movie entitled ” Ploning” was watched by Ms. Reyna Casampol and Mr. Norel Canete.
When Reyna watched the movie, she was very interested, excited, and curious for every scene to be happened because this was taped in town of Cuyo which is part of Palawan.
The movie was all about a woman named Ploning who left by her loved one named Tomas, and still hoping to be back with her again. She was very in pain when her loved one left her for a better life in Manila. There was a time where a Taiwanese fisherman came and wants to marry her but she refused it because her love for Tomas is still there. And then, there was a boy named Tomas also that always by her side wherever she go, and whatever she do. Until, Ploning started to embraced the boy and feel her love for that boy because she can see her loved one to him.
Reyna was very touched by the movie due to casts realistic characterization, and its overall ambiance.
“I would say that this movie is very worth it to watch and you’ll realize something in your life after you watch it.” She said.
Meanwhile, Mr. Norel Canete, who also watched the movie was very amazed yet touched to it because he said it was taped in a very cinematic style and the concept of the movie was very nice.
“I used to cry when I watched it because there are scenes, most especially in the ending part that are very dramatic where you would surely cry.” He said.
“This movie really deserves an award for it’s world-class production.” He added.

A movie entitled “Bad Genius” was watched by Mr. Dario Batiancila Jr. and Ms. Mary Grace Arreglado.
Based on Dario, the movie was all about an intelligent girl who transferred in a prestigious school despite that they’re poor. In that school, she got handful of friends that used her with their studies and pay her. Due to her intelligence, she used various devises to relay answer to her classmates during exams.
” From that, I could say that intelligence is not everything because having good attitude is more better than having intellect mind.” Dario said.
On the other side, Lynn, the main character, just did it so that she can help her father with the finances.
But again, she did a wrong thing where one time revealed by the school administration and took back the scholarship that granted to her before.
“The entire movie was very exciting, suspense and really nerve-rackin’ which I really love. I felt excited for every scene that will happen. I really enjoyed watching it!” Dario said.
On the other hand, Mary Grace also watched the movie where she felt so nervous most of the time because of wrong deeds that the main character did.
But she sympathize the woman because she understands why she’s doing it.
In this movie, Mary Grace realized something important.
“I realized that in this world there are full of judgemental people where they easily judge a person for her/his wrong deed but they don’t realized why she/he’s doing it. And also, that person can change into a good one like what happened to Lynn.”
The entire movie was very good and sure that many viewers can relate to it.
